What is an ambulatory surgery center (ASC)? An ambulatory surgery center is a specialty center that serves only those patients who require elective surgery that does not require more than a 23 hour stay. The staff at OLSC are all professionals who specialize in the care and treatment of patients undergoing out-patient surgery. We are required to meet the same regulations and strict standards of care as the hospital.

Otay Lakes Surgery Center is owned by a group of local Physicians who are committed to excellence of care. It is important to the owners and staff that your experience at our center is a positive one.
